WHAT WE OFFER
Golf Course
Set within the Loskop Valley, just a few kilometers upstream of the famous Loskop dam, we trust that you would have a great experience while playing or walking the golf course. A nine-hole layout, with different tees for the second nine, will take you through some stunning and pristine landscapes, where game roams free, bird life abound, and time stands still. Visitors would experience some great savannah landscapes, wetlands, and trees on their journey around the golf course, and yes, the fairways are wide, but off the fairway, you will find the bush. The course has beautifully flowing fairways, and golfers can expect great 'Bent' grass greens, which are a pleasure to putt on. Bring your clubs, but don’t forget your camera – we trust you will enjoy the walk. The course is designed in such a way to accommodate golfers and family/friends who prefer to enjoy a pleasant walking experience and stroll in nature.
Licensed Golf Club Bar
& Andy Capp Cafe
The perfect spot to start and end a splendid round of golf. Join us for a drink and relax on the deck under the big Marula tree. A real bush retreat - thatched log-cabin style - 'halfway-house' and clubhouse, with excellent 'sunrise and sunset' deck and ablutions, is situated next to the practice green and just before the first tee, under a great old 'Marula' tree. The famous South African cream liqueur 'Amarula' is made from the fruit of this tree. The view from the large open-air deck is as spectacular as it is relaxing and calming, with the start of this already well-known new golf course spreading out in front of you situated within the wildlife sanctuary.
Enjoy a wholesome meal from our Restaurant.
Or top up on a few necessities from our shop.
Wildlife on your Doorstep
Kranspoort Vakansiedorp teems with game.

Birdwatching Paradise
In the bush just north of Jopie’s Post sits a bird hide and dam. Built in the shape of an octagon it has 6 viewing hatches from which the rich bird life can be viewed. This is a tranquil oasis where birds and animals may be watched in total solitude.
The hide is built in a clearing in the middle of a thick stand of trees. The area is currently being rehabilitated and additional indigenous trees and shrubs are being planted to attract even more birds. “Vleikurpers” were introduced to the dam. Birdwatchers may also book the hide overnight for an all-night vigil.

What is Disc Golf?
Well, it is similar to traditional Golf, however, instead of using golf clubs and balls to aim for a hole, you'll be using multiple discs with the aim to get your disc inside a basket. It is a sport that is easy to learn, hard to master, but great fun when played with friends and family, and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
